Horrible people. Will screw you over when your at your lowest. I was sold a car with a doctored up blown engine an months later I still can't drive the car an haven't come up with the money for a new engine. I called an talked to them but like my engine I was blowed off an they bacially told me it was my problem now. Stay away from them unless you can afford to rebuild the vehicle.
Wish I could give no stars!!! We drove from Clarksburg to purchase a Passat with lower mileage. Paid about 9 thousand for it in 2011. Had it just over a month and the transmission went out. They did absolutely nothing to help us. NOTHING! Terrible business! No concern for customer service. I would highly suggest you do not purchase from these people. If you have ANY problems, you will be completely on your own.
